This year’s theme is “Rethinking Tourism”, with the aim of promoting more sustainable, inclusive and resilient tourism.
Baião, the first Portuguese municipality certified as a Sustainable Tourist Destination, certification validated by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council – GSTC, recognizes the social, cultural and economic value of tourism and its contribution to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
