On 29 May, the Municipality of Baião is organising the 3rd Annual Environment and Sustainability Conference, with the aim of promoting reflection and debate at national and international level. The theme of the meeting, “Sustainable Management of Water Resources”, will include the participation of various experts in the field.
Baião, the first Portuguese municipality to be classified as a sustainable tourist destination, is thus continuing the cycle of conferences it organises every year, bringing together researchers and those responsible for the areas of the environment and sustainability, alongside other awareness-raising and environmental advocacy activities held regularly throughout the year.
