E-LAR programme supports the replacement of gas equipment with efficient electrical solutions
The Environmental Fund launched the E-LAR Programme (AAC No. 10/C13-i01/2025), under the PRR – ‘More Sustainable Neighbourhoods’, to improve the comfort of homes, support the purchase of efficient equipment and promote the electrification of energy consumption.
With a budget of €30 million, support is allocated to 100% of the eligible amount and is intended for:
- beneficiaries of the Social Electricity Tariff (€14.4 million);
- individuals in units covered by the PRR (€5.6 million);
- other individuals (€10 million).
Induction or electric hobs, electric cooker sets (hob and oven), electric ovens and water heaters are eligible for purchase.
Applications will be accepted from 30 September 2025 to 30 June 2026 at www.fundoambiental.pt/e-lar.aspx.
