Many electrical and electronic devices can be repaired and continue to function for several years. During this week dedicated to waste prevention, we urge all residents of Baiona to adopt more sustainable practices and extend the life of their equipment.
Repairing is the first step
Before throwing away your appliance, check if it can be repaired by a qualified technician.
If it can no longer be repaired…
Do not put it in regular trash. WEEE should be taken to appropriate locations:
• Municipal Warehouse, where there is a specific container for WEEE.
• Free municipal door-to-door collection service — contact: 255 540 500.
