Baião City Council is designing an Urban Park with about 5 hectares.
The park will have leisure and sports areas. Alongside this aspect, there will also be lots for housing – the objective is to increase the opportunities for families to settle in Baião, increasing the number of land available for construction.
The park is in the final stages of the project and will be built next to the Baião variant, on different lands that the municipality has acquired between the Tijelinho area and the area of Entreparedes street.
This new bet will have an area with sports spaces and will have areas with entertainment for children, but also for people of all ages.
It will be an extensive park, with several areas for socializing, walking, and resting and that will provide moments of well-being and socializing. It will also have parking and support areas.
CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSING
The Baião City Council wanted to set aside a part of the land for housing, providing for the possibility of creating 36 to 50 dwellings, including lots for individual houses or apartments, namely for young people looking for their first home.
