The municipality of Baião has new locations with Ecopoints. 17 pieces of equipment were installed by the entity Resinorte, in partnership with the Municipality of Baião.
These containers allow people to separate recyclable waste.
The criterion established for the placement of these Ecopoints has to do with the total volume of waste produced, that is, these equipments were installed in locations that produce a greater amount of waste.
There is currently a network of 118 Ecopoints in Baião.
The placement of ecopoints is carried out in dialogue with the respective parish councils.
