The regulations for the 2nd Phase of the “Vale Eficiência” Program, included in Component C13 – “Energy Efficiency in Buildings” of the Recovery and Resilience Plan of Portugal, with an allocation of 104 million euros, are now available for consultation.
The Efficiency Voucher program aims to contribute to the mitigation of situations of energy poverty and social vulnerability, through the attribution of Efficiency Vouchers to economically vulnerable families who live in buildings in a situation of potential energy poverty. Each family will be able to benefit from up to a maximum of three Vouchers, with a unit value of 1300 euros, to improve the energy performance of their permanent home and its living conditions.
The deadline for submitting applications starts on November 20, 2023.
