Online seminar “ApR-TEC Project – Technological solutions to guarantee the microbiological quality of water for reuse”, held on June 14, 2021, to respond to the challenges associated with the practice of reusing treated wastewater (ApR) and which had the participation of SIMDOURO. The consortium is made up of two PMEs, AST-AMBIENTE and WEDOTECH, specialists in leachate, effluent and gaseous treatment technologies, and the Higher School of Biotechnology of the Catholic University of Portugal (ESB-UCP), an entity of the Scientific and Technological with a strong research curriculum in environmental microbiology.

This issue is of great importance for the municipality, given the implementation of the pilot project for the reuse of wastewater in the WWTPs in the municipality of Baião, developed in partnership with SIMDOURO.
