The implementation of sustainability measures, the participation of citizens in public life, the search for efficiency in the management of available resources, increasing the quality of life of citizens and visitors, are some of the characteristics of a Smart City. The event was attended by local authorities, national and international public and private entities and institutions of higher and secondary education, academic and scientific education as an aggregating element in the transfer of knowledge and dynamics of innovation in the relationship with companies and society in general. Companies and technology startups linked to smart mobility, energy, environment, sustainability, water, waste, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity also participated.
